The Women in Data Science NZ (WiDS NZ) 2022 event will be held as a Zoom webinar on the evenings of Thursday 10 and 17 March 2022, 4:30pm-8pm. The event is being hosted by the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Victoria University of Wellington, and the New Zealand Statistical Association has partnered with the WiDS NZ co-ambassadors to organise the event. The work of several women Data Science practitioners will be showcased at the event. Included in the programme are two panel discussions, including one on Pathways in Data Science with Kylie Reiri (PwC), Prof Renate Meyer (University of Auckland), Rachael Milicich (Statistics NZ) and Nikki Wilkinson (VUW/Dragonfly Data Science) as panel members.
